賽馬會堂Ｅ座舊生會為嶺南大學（香港）同學會內之分會，是由一班曾在Hall E成長的舊生，為延續對Hall E的情懷和熱誠而組織起來，透過不同類型的活動，聯繫感情。

The Jockey Club Hall Hostel E Alumni Association is one of the branch associations of the Alumni Association of Lingnan University (Hong Kong). It is established by some alumni of Hostel E who wish to continue the love and passion for the hostel through a variety of events.
